A couple weeks ago, Jeremy Nobis attended Sports Creel's Founder's Day Festival in Spokane, WA. Tanner Hall and The Massive were on hand for a day filled with rail-sliding, autograph signing, and movie screening. The following day, Jeremy, Tanner, Micah from Sport's Creel and some friends hit the links for a leisurely Sunday round. Stepping up to a par 3, Nobis summoned his inner Tiger and, well, we'll let him tell the rest:I hit an 8 iron 156 yards and half way to the hole I said that is going in the hole! You never really believe that but i said it. so it landed 4 feet short of the hole and rolled up and in. we could watch it fall! I still didnt believe it was in until I could look in the hole and verify. once that happened I blurted out I just felt like I won the olympics! Tanner Hall was actually more excited than I was. Parker the photog was calling everyone he knew who golfed on his cell. A hole in one is perfection! and you are never perfect in a victory you always make mistakes along the way. I felt relief because it has been the pursuit for 25 plus years. so once you get one you realize that it is all about you nobody really cares that much but they love to see it. It is the one achievement that you can enjoy because there are no real rewards except a self satisfaction from an achievement of perfection!
